130 Square Meters, Zero Margin for Error.
Global brand retail doesn't grade on effort — a store either passes international audit standards or it doesn't reopen. This Samsung store in Nasr City had to hit that bar inside a tight 130 sqm footprint, on a two-month timeline, with the product itself doing all the talking.
A precision-driven retail environment designed to highlight technology through minimalist architecture.
The brand required a meticulous fit-out that aligns with global corporate standards while optimizing the 130 sqm layout for high foot traffic and product visibility.
A global electronics brand doesn't hand a fit-out team much room for interpretation: display specifications, lighting standards, and material finishes are set centrally and audited on delivery. The job wasn't to design something distinctive — it was to execute a demanding brief with total precision inside a footprint small enough that every centimeter of layout mattered.
With two months to deliver and Samsung's own quality control auditing the result, there was no buffer for rework. The store passed its global brand audit on first inspection — the clearest possible signal that execution matched specification exactly, not approximately.
To utilize clean lines, premium materials, and highly calculated lighting angles to ensure products remain the focal point.

In a 130 sqm retail box for a technology brand, the product is the design language — clean lines, calculated lighting angles, and seamless flooring exist to keep attention on the devices, not the architecture around them. Restraint was the deliverable.
Executing a flawless fit-out within a tight timeline without compromising Samsung's strict international quality control measures.

Most fit-out projects are judged on how they look. This one was judged on a pass/fail global brand audit, with no room for the usual post-handover punch list — the store had to be right on the first inspection, at a scale where there was nowhere to hide an error.
